  • XC VET offers free shipping on orders over $1000 of regular-sized products within Mexico, direct to your door.
  • The most delivery will be handled by either UPS or DHL, and the carrier will be chosen at random.

2. What is the processing time?

  • Our warehouse staff typically require 2 business days to process orders (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • *Please note: Delays may occur due to national public holidays, weekend breaks (January 1, February 2, March 6, Easter Thursday and Friday in April, May 1, September 16, November 27, December 25), limited inventory, carrier or customs issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
