Warranty Policy

Please see the Warranty Policy below for instructions on requesting repair or returning your XC VET product.

The Warranty Policy:

• Class I Orthopedic Instruments and Consumables: 12-month warranty.
• Class II Medical Power Tools and Saws: 24-month warranty.
• Class III Implants: 36-month warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

• Within the warranty period, if a product has quality issues, we provide:
  • For Class I/II Products: Free repair or replacement.
  • For Class III Implants: Free replacement with a new item.

The Warranty Will Be Void If:

• There are additions made or alterations to the product.
• Abuse of the product.
• Accidental damage or loss of the product. Misuse of the product.
• Normal expected wear.
• Commercial or rental use.
• Damage caused by poor customer care, improper use, or surgical failure;
• Inability to use the product again due to non-quality issues.
