Disposable Arthroscopic Surgical Knife Auxiliary Instruments
A highly specialized set of auxiliary instruments designed for wrist arthroscopy and endoscopic release procedures. Optimized for procedures such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome treatment, this kit provides surgeons with precise dilators and dissectors to establish safe working channels while ensuring optimal visualization.
✨ Core Clinical Advantages & Craftsmanship
- Minimally Invasive Approach: Safe and reliable instrumentation that aligns with mainstream minimally invasive trends, ensuring high clinical satisfaction and reduced patient recovery times.
- Enhanced Visualization: When paired with a dedicated custom arthroscope lens, the intraoperative procedure becomes highly intuitive, providing clear visualization of the transverse carpal ligament and surrounding structures.
- Safe and Convenient Sheath: Features a disposable sterile dedicated sheath that offers a reliable and convenient barrier for safe clinical operation.
- Premium Grade Materials: Manufactured from elite medical-grade materials including 630, 465, 420B, and X15TN stainless steel, alongside 6061 and 2A12 aluminum alloys.
- Sub-Micron Manufacturing Precision: Instruments undergo CNC turning, milling, and wire EDM processing, finalized with fine polishing, sandblasting, anodizing, and electropolishing for consistent color and optimal surface roughness.

📄 Ordering & System Integration
- Sterilization Protocol: The auxiliary hand instruments are supplied EO sterilized. Note that standard clinical protocol requires appropriate sterilization of the inner box and any reusable components prior to subsequent surgeries.
- Endoscope Compatibility: The instrument set provides a designated sterilization slot for the endoscope. While a 2.7mm arthroscope is included in this specific configuration, please note that 4.0 mm endoscopes are sold separately and must be appropriately paired with this instrument set if a larger field of view is required.
- Quality Traceability: Backed by a ≥98.9% quality rate with strict control systems. Mechanical tests for high-strength joints are archived for 3+ years to ensure complete process traceability.
⚠️ Surgical Technique Precautions & Guidelines
- Incision Placement: Make a transverse incision across the wrist flexor crease between the flexor carpi muscles and the palmaris longus muscle.
- Soft Tissue Dilation: Always use the provided Dilator and Dissector to gradually dilate soft tissues, separate the adherent synovium from beneath the transverse carpal ligament, and establish a safe working channel prior to blade insertion.
- Arthroscopic Knife Insertion: Insert the arthroscopic knife into the carpal tunnel, ensuring the viewing window is placed firmly against the underside of the ligament. Aim toward the base of the ring finger and advance distally until the distal edge of the transverse carpal ligament is clearly visible to prevent inadvertent neurovascular injury.
