🛠️ Clinical Removal Techniques
| Clinical Scenario | Recommended Technique & Instrument Use |

| Deeply Buried or Tightly Locked Screw | Use the T-handle or electric drill to select a suitable trephine and reverse it over the screw. Rotate the broken screw extractor counterclockwise and apply a certain amount of pressure to push the broken screw in, exposing it for removal. |
